All journals measure 5.5" x 8.5", are spiral bound, and have 188 pages. 
 
Paper weight is 60 lbs which means the paper is lightweight, flexible, and offers minimal transparency. 
 
The front and back covers are satin with a matte lamination and have a weight of 80 lbs.
